Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cream cheese 8 oz, softened
  • ½ cup unsalted butter 1 stick, softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour It's safe to use raw flour in this dip.
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and butter. Use an electric mixer or a whisk to beat them together until creamy and smooth.
  • Add in the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  • Gradually stir in the all-purpose flour and salt until fully incorporated. Don’t worry; it’s safe to use raw flour in this dip.
  • Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips using a spatula until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving dish and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up, if desired, but it can also be served immediately.

Notes

Serve with graham crackers, fruit, or pretzels for dipping. This dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
