- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cranberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Gently mix until the cranberries are well coated. Pour this mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
