Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups fresh cranberries, rinsed About 1 pound.
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cranberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Gently mix until the cranberries are well coated. Pour this mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In another bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Evenly spread the crumble mixture over the cranberries in the baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the cranberries are bubbling.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.

You can substitute half of the cranberries with chopped apples for a different flavor.
