Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey Can substitute with ground chicken if preferred.
  • 1 cup cooked stuffing mix
  • ½ cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup celery, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon dried sage Can be swapped for rosemary or parsley as desired.
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme Can be swapped for rosemary or parsley as desired.
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For drizzling.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, cooked stuffing mix, chopped dried cranberries, onion, celery, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the beaten egg into the mixture and mix thoroughly using a wooden spoon or spatula until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Once all the balls are formed, drizzle them lightly with olive oil to add flavor and help with browning.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the stuffing balls are cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

You can substitute ground turkey with ground chicken if preferred.
Feel free to add other herbs or spices to customize the flavor profile. Sage and thyme can be swapped for rosemary or parsley as desired.
These stuffing balls can be made ahead of time and frozen. Just bake from frozen, adding a few extra minutes to the cooking time.
