Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until well blended.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Once the oil is hot, add the chicken breasts to the skillet and sear them for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, pour in the garlic cream mixture and bring it to a simmer. Stir in half of the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spoon the creamy sauce over the top, and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
Transfer the skillet (if oven-safe) or move the chicken and sauce to a baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
