Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-450°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade. Let them sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Once the grill is ready, place the chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for about 7-8 minutes on one side without moving them.
Flip the chicken breasts and cook for an additional 7-8 minutes on the other side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.
For extra flavor, you can marinate the chicken for up to 2 hours before grilling.
