  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts Around 6 oz each.
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-450°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade. Let them sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  • Once the grill is ready, place the chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for about 7-8 minutes on one side without moving them.
  • Flip the chicken breasts and cook for an additional 7-8 minutes on the other side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.
  • For extra flavor, you can marinate the chicken for up to 2 hours before grilling.
  • Serve the grilled chicken with fresh vegetables, on top of salads, or in sandwiches for a satisfying meal.
