- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled About 8 ounces.

- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
