- 1 medium carrot, diced
- 1 medium celery stalk, diced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 4 cups seafood stock or broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes adjust to taste
- 1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, mussels, squid, or white fish) adjust based on availability and preferences
- 1 cup chopped kale or spinach
