Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped Can replace with canned shrimp for a quicker option.
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 units green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until well blended and smooth.
  • Add in the chopped cooked shrimp, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Sprinkle in the garlic powder and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix again until well combined.
  • Transfer the shrimp dip to a serving dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetable sticks for dipping.
