Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs tender steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Begin by preparing the steak bites. Cut the tender steak into bite-sized cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir the mixture for about 2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
  • Pour the garlic butter mixture over the steak bites in the mixing bowl. Add the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce, then toss to combine thoroughly.
  • Transfer the seasoned steak bites into the slow cooker, spreading them out evenly.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours, or until the steak bites are tender and flavorful.
  • Once cooked, carefully stir the steak bites and garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, you can include sliced mushrooms or onions in the slow cooker.
Adjust seasoning levels according to your taste preferences.
Leftover steak bites can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
