Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup if desired.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, oregano, and paprika. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter. You should end up with around 16 meatballs.
Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced out evenly.
Lightly spray the meatballs with olive oil or drizzle a small amount over them to help them brown.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and have reached an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
