Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • to spray none olive oil spray or a small amount of olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup if desired.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, oregano, and paprika. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  • Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter. You should end up with around 16 meatballs.
  • Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced out evenly.
  • Lightly spray the meatballs with olive oil or drizzle a small amount over them to help them brown.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and have reached an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

- These meatballs can be served on their own, with pasta, or in a sub sandwich.
- You can freeze cooked meatballs for later use. Just ensure they are stored in an airtight container.
- Feel free to adjust the seasonings based on your taste preferences. Adding some crushed red pepper can give them a nice kick!
